I was searching Tumblr, as you do. And found my inspiration to lose weight!
I’m 5ft7”, 135lbs and 19 years old. My figure is quite wide-set (large hips, most of my weight set on my legs) so I struggle to shift my weight as my body thinks it’s meant to be there! My problem isn’t hunger, it’s cravings.
My aim is to lose at least 10lbs, and if anyone is out there to help me it would be great :) I will hopefully take/post photos and am hoping to fast fully for as long as possible (I will be going to my Dad’s sometime soon and he will force feed me so that’s a helpless cause).
Any tips would be greatly appreciated :) I can’t do much excercise as I have social anxiety disorder, and can only use my runner which is now broken :(
